Access control and management system in entrances and elevators (ACC)

The system is designed to organize controlled access points to the object and limit the possibility of outside presence.
The system allows you to distinguish the rights of passage to the premises of certain categories of persons. The access management process is automated and requires virtually no staff involvement. The system helps ensure the preservation of material values ​​and the safety of residents.

The principle of operation of the system.

Using the controller software, a database of visitors is created, each visitor is assigned an electronic pass with a unique electronic code (card, bracelet, key fob), with which the system will identify the visitor as a user.

At each control point are installed RFIDentry/exit readers that will identify the electronic pass. Kcontroller always checkthere are can this visitor in a given moment, pass through a given point in any of the directions and solvethere are allow or deny passage.

The device is intended for pricing the use of the elevator.

Information exchange with the server and dispatcher is carried out with the help of GPRS. It is possible to configure information exchange over the GSM network: calls, SMS.
The connection to the GPRS server is permanent, in the event of a disconnection attempt is made every second.

To the warehouse 
systems include:

1) a control device consisting of a processor, a GSM modem with a remote antenna,

external control and control channels – located outside the elevator cabin;

2) an RFID device that reads access codes is located in the elevator cabin and on the first floor;


Device functions:

Performs ACS functions (RFID card readers, internal database of up to 1000 cards and controls power channels of the “dry contact” type of permission to call the elevator to the 1st floor and permission to send the elevator;

Optionally captures readings of universal security external sensors (monitors the state of the end room security sensor, light sensor, temperature and humidity sensor and transmits data via GPRS to the server indicating the time of the event from the internal non-volatile clock.

The device is powered by an on-board DC or AC network with a voltage of 90 to 240 volts. There is a built-in 4V battery that allows you to work in autonomous mode for up to 6-8 hours.

The battery is recharged automatically from the on-board network. There is a sensor that measures the battery voltage.

When switching from external power to backup and back (disappearance and appearance of the voltage of the on-board network), a change in the state of the alarm inputs is notified via GPRS or a pre-set number using SMS or Telegram.

User Interaction

In the initial state, the elevator buttons are locked. The passenger, approaching the elevator, holds up his card to the card acceptor. If his card is active, that is, it is included in the list of those allowed to access, the blocking is removed, which the passenger knows about by a light and sound signal. When the elevator arrives at the floor, it will be necessary to re-apply the card to the reader in the elevator cabin. The lock from the buttons of the elevator cabin is removed, pressing the desired button will lead to the normal operation of the control station and delivery of the passenger to the desired floor. If the card is not active, the passenger will not be able to use the elevator.

The unique number of the passenger card is the access key (hereinafter referred to as ID). The list of active IDs is stored in the device memory. The list can be edited remotely, without maintenance personnel going to the facility and without residents visiting the relevant institutions.

To update the ID list, a computer or smartphone with Internet access and a reader that can be used to enter new cards is enough.

The software creates a database of resident IDs based on apartments. Thus, it is possible to quickly forbid or allow the use of elevators to residents of certain apartments as many times as needed, which makes access management simple and clear.

The elevator access control system prevents unauthorized persons from entering the elevator cabin. Due to this, the number of trips of the elevator is significantly reduced, therefore the wear and tear of its mechanical parts. Electricity consumption is also reduced. It is important to note that the possibility of intentional and accidental damage to the interior is reduced.
