Power meter readout executive module PDU-C

The executive module is not an independent device, it works in connection with our universal RS485 Modbus controller.
Counts pulses from the LED or from the connector of the electric energy meter. According to commands from the server, transmits data about the consumed energy, according to the Modbus protocol.
