Universal controller RS485 Modbus UNI-6

On board are 6 power channels (0-220V), 8 inputs for sensors (6+2) and an RS485 modbus bus for executive devices.

The device is flashed with different firmware for certain tasks:

— temperature/humidity/CO2/flooding monitoring;
— accounting for water, electricity, heat, equipment operating hours, etc.;
— monitoring of the diesel generator and AVR;
— equipment vibration monitoring;
— control of voltage loss;
— door/roller/gate opening control;
— counting of visitors;
— heating management (boilers, panels, heaters);
— cooling management (air conditioners, fan coils);
— ventilation management;
— refrigeration equipment (racks, chests/bonnets, central units, compressors, condensers);
— lighting control (internal and external);
— control of air and thermal curtains.
