The SDI-12-LB/LS is an SDI-12 to LoRaWAN converter, developed for the Smart Agriculture solution.
SDI-12 (1200 baud serial digital interface) is asynchronous for smart sensors that monitor environmental data. The SDI-12 protocol is widely used in agricultural sensors and weather stations.
The SDI-12-LB/LS has an SDI-12 interface and supports 12V output to power an external SDI-12 sensor. It can receive environmental data from an SDI-12 sensor and send data via LoRaWAN wireless protocol.
The LoRa wireless technology used in the SDI-12-LB/LS allows the device to transmit data and reach extremely long distances at low data rates. It provides ultra-long range spread-spectrum communication and high immunity to interference while minimizing current consumption.
The SDI-12-LB/LS is powered by 8500 mAh Li-SOCI2 battery or solar battery + lithium-ion battery designed for long-term use up to 5 years.
Each SDI-12-LB/LS comes pre-loaded with a set of unique LoRaWAN registration keys, register these keys to your local LoRaWAN server and it will connect automatically after power on.
