LMDS120 — microwave radar distance sensor LoRaWAN . It uses microwave radar to determine the distance between the sensor and various objects. Unlike ultrasonic or lidar measurement. Microwave radar is more reliable for condensation / dusty environments. It can determine the correct distance even if there is water or dust on top of the sensor.
The LMDS120 can be applied to scenarios such as horizontal distance measurement, parking control system, object proximity and presence detection, intelligent garbage can control system, robot obstacle avoidance, automatic control, sewerage, etc.
The LoRa wireless technology used in the LMDS120 allows the device to send data and reach extremely long distances at low data rates. It provides ultra-long range spread-spectrum communication and high immunity to interference while minimizing current consumption.
LMDS120 is powered from a Li-SOCI2 battery with a capacity of 8500 mAh , designed for long-term use up to 5 years.
Each LMDS120 comes pre-loaded with a set of unique LoRaWAN registration keys, register these keys with your local LoRaWAN server and it will connect automatically after power on.
