Dragino RS485-BL LoRaWAN RS485/UART converter powered by a waterproof battery

RS485-BL is it RS485/UART to LoRaWAN converter for IoT solutions. The user can connect an RS485 or UART sensor to the RS485-BL converter and configure the RS485-BL to periodically read the sensor data and upload it via LoRaWAN to the IoT server.

The RS485-BL can be connected to an RS485 sensor, a 3.3V/5V UART sensor, or an interrupt sensor. RS485-BL provides 3.3V output and 5V output for powering external sensors. Both output voltages can be controlled to minimize total system power consumption.

RS485-BL is available waterproof according to the IP67 standard and powered by Li-SOCI2 battery with a capacity of 8500 mAh . It is intended for long-term use for several years.

RS485-BL works with the standard LoRaWAN 1.0.3 in class A. It can achieve large transmission range and easily integrate with LoRaWAN-compatible gateway and IoT server.

Each RS485-BL pre-downloads a set of unique LoRaWAN registration keys, register these keys to the local LoRaWAN server and it will connect automatically after power on.
