Dragino LDDS20 LoRaWAN liquid level sensor

LDDS20 — LoRaWAN ultrasonic liquid level sensor for an Internet of Things solution. He uses contactless method to measure the height of the liquid in the container without opening the container and sends the value via the LoRaWAN network to the IoT server

The LDDS20 sensor is installed directly under the tank to determine the height of the liquid level. The user does not need to open the hole on the container for testing. Non-contact measurement makes measurement safer, easier and possible for some harsh situations.

LDDS20 uses ultrasonic distance measurement technology. The LDDS20 is highly accurate for measuring various liquids such as: toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis and various clean liquids in sealed containers of high temperature and high pressure.

The LoRa wireless technology used in the LDDS20 allows the device to transmit data and reach extremely long distances at low data rates. It provides ultra-long range spread-spectrum communication and high immunity to interference while minimizing current consumption.

LDDS20 is powered by Li-SOCI2 battery with a capacity of 8500 mA ; Designed for long-term use up to 10 years*.

Each LDDS20 pre-downloads a set of unique LoRaWAN registration keys, registers these keys with the local LoRaWAN server, and it automatically connects if there is network coverage after power-up.
