SDI-12 (1200 baud serial digital interface) is asynchronous for smart sensors that monitor environmental data. The SDI-12 protocol is widely used in agricultural sensors and weather stations.

The SDI-12-NB has an SDI-12 interface and supports 12V output to power an external SDI-12 sensor. It can receive environmental data from SDI-12 sensor and send the data via NB-IoT wireless protocol.

The SDI-12-NB supports various uplink methods including MQTT, MQTT, UDP and TCP for different application requirements as well as supporting uplink to different IoT servers.

SDI-12-NB supports BLE configuration and OTA update , which makes it easy for the user to use.

The SDI-12-NB is powered by Li-SOCI2 battery with a capacity of 8500 mAh , designed for long-term use of up to several years.

The SDI-12-NB has an optional built-in SIM card and a default IoT server connection version. Due to this, it works with a simple configuration.

The CPN01 will periodically send data daily and for each dry contact operation. It also counts the open contact time and calculates the duration of the last open contact. Users can also disable the uplink for each open/close event, instead the device can periodically count each open event and uplink.

CPN01 has an Open-Alarm function, the user can configure this function so that CPN01 sends an alarm if the contact has been open for more than a certain time.

CPN01 is intended for outdoor use. It has a waterproof case and an industrial-grade battery for operation in low and high temperatures.

Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) is a standards-based Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) technology designed to enable a wide range of new IoT devices and services. NB-IoT significantly improves user device power consumption, system throughput, and spectrum efficiency, especially in deep coverage environments.

CPN01 supports various uplink methods including TCP, MQTT, UDP and CoAP for different application requirements.

The CPN01 is powered by an 8500 mAh Li-SOCI2 battery. It is intended for long-term use up to 5 years. (Actually, the battery life depends on the usage environment, update period and uplink method.)

To use the CPN01, the user must check whether there is NB-IoT coverage in the field and the Nb-IoT bands supported by the CPN01. If the local operator supports it, the user needs to get an NB-IoT SIM card from the operator and install it in the CPN01 to get connected to the NB-IoT network.
